How do you keep one tenant's data isolated from another?
Every platform is multi-tenant with strict isolation — enforced at the database and application layers — so one organisation can never see another's data. For the most sensitive deployments we can isolate per-tenant schemas or databases entirely.
Can we run it on-premise or in a sovereign cloud?
Yes. We support data-residency requirements with on-premise, sovereign-cloud, or hybrid deployment. Infrastructure is defined as code (Terraform) so the same platform can be deployed into your environment with auditable, repeatable setup.
Does it support SSO and our existing identity provider?
We integrate SSO via SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Active Directory, with field-level role-based access control (RBAC). Identity and permissions map to your existing directory rather than living in a separate silo.
How do you handle compliance and audit requirements?

How is pricing structured for a platform like this?
We quote a fixed price for the initial build against an agreed scope (SOW), then an SLA-backed monthly arrangement for hosting, monitoring, support, and ongoing development. Everything is contract-ready before work begins.
