What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions; an AI agent completes tasks. An agent can plan several steps, call your systems and APIs, and take real actions — opening a ticket, updating an order, booking a slot — with guardrails and human approval where it matters. We build both and help you pick the right one for the job.
Will the AI make things up (hallucinate)?
We reduce that with RAG — grounding answers in your own approved documents — plus strict prompts, output validation, and automated evaluations before launch. For high-stakes flows we add a human-in-the-loop step so nothing irreversible happens without sign-off.
Can you train it on our own data and documents?
Yes. In most cases you don't need expensive model retraining — we connect a retrieval layer (RAG) over your documents, database, and knowledge base, so the AI answers from your content and stays current as it changes.
Does our data get sent to OpenAI? What about privacy?
You choose the architecture. We can use enterprise endpoints that don't train on your data, redact sensitive fields, or run open models such as Llama or Qwen on your own server or VPS for full data residency — designed around your compliance needs.
