Zulal is a sterilised drinking-water delivery app: the customer picks a 20-litre container to buy or exchange, sets quantity and address, and confirms with cash on delivery. Prices are in Iraqi dinars and the interface is Arabic-first from the very first screen. Built for iOS and Android from a single codebase.

The challenge
The water market runs on cash and prices the same container two ways: buying a new one, or exchanging an empty one at a lower price. The app has to understand that difference and price it correctly, while staying obvious to a customer using a delivery app for the first time.
The result
A finished product: a three-step order, pricing that understands purchase and exchange, and cash on delivery.
