Kadmate is a home-services platform built by the PhiBit team and launched with water delivery: the customer orders a service to their address from the app, a driver fulfils it with GPS tracking and cash on arrival, and operations are run from a web business dashboard. It is made up of a customer app, a driver app, and a business dashboard. Built for iOS and Android.

The challenge
Home services bring two strangers together at a specific address and time. The app has to make the request unambiguous for the customer and the status legible at every moment, with no prior training.
