Dr. Cars is an on-demand mobile car-wash platform in Baghdad built end-to-end by the PhiBit team: customers book a wash from the app (exterior / interior / full / detailing), a driver comes to their location with equipment, with live driver tracking on the map and cash payment on arrival. It is made up of a Flutter customer app and a Flutter driver app, a Next.js admin dashboard, and a NestJS + PostgreSQL + Redis backend with real-time tracking over WebSocket.

The challenge
A mobile field car-wash service needs real-time coordination between customer, driver, and operations: clear booking of service, car, and time; transparent IQD pricing; and reliable tracking of the driver's location and ETA.
